We are a Cornish family run business which specialise in all aspects of property clearance. Being a local small operator allows us to be more competitive with our prices, and we have less overheads. Based in St.Austell, we cover all of Cornwall, and work for private individuals and businesses.
With modern equipment and fully trained staff, we can fulfil most of our customers requirements. Operating seven days a week and at short notice. From single items, small house clearance, or large factory clearance. Items can be relocated locally or around the UK, or disposed of responsibly, through recycling when ever possible. We are a licenced waste carrier, and also donate items to local charities. At CPC we donate or recycle approximately 90% of items we clear.
With 26 years experience, delivering various items throughout the UK, with some having extended insurance cover up to £20000.00, you can be sure we will take care of your items. Packing and unpacking service, furniture dismantled and reassembled, wall fixtures removed. Collection of new items purchased from stores or garden centres, items from Auction Houses, office relocation. Our staff and vehicles are versatile and can cope with most of your requirements. And because we specialise in small vehicles we can operate in locations that big vehicles cannot.
Our staff are fully trained in their work and polite to our customers. They have been shown how to move heavy and awkward items in various locations. Making sure they do not damage the client, themselves, or the property internally or externally during the contract. Items will be wrapped and protected from damage when required, they can also be boxed and moved by trolleys. Then firmly secured in our vehicles by means of various straps and ties.
Heavy duty blankets cover fragile items such as mirrors and electrical items. Small items, crockery and clothing are usually boxed and labelled. Flat pack items such as wardrobes, can be dismantled, but we cannot ensure they will go back as before. And transporting them in one piece can often cause the joints to work loose. We cannot be held liable for these items.

Cornwall Property Clearance has recently agreed to work with the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust. We have agreed to supply their Charity shops with the items we clear from houses and properties in Cornwall.
Their charity shops sell furniture, clothing, crockery, and personal belongings, and are situated in various towns throughout Cornwall.
The money they make are then forwarded to the running costs of the two helicopters, which carry casualties from around Cornwall to the hospital.
These helicopters are a vital link in saving lives in Cornwall, they cross our county in a short space of time, avoiding the ever increasing traffic problems. They can make the difference between life and death.
